A Crystal Maze Visitor Attraction Has Arrived in Belfast
Prison Island is a new experience on Boucher Road featuring a series of Crystal Maze style tasks and games. Guests will have to team up to complete tasks in prison-themed rooms. The aim is to accrue as many points as possible in the time given.
There are 25 prison cells, each with their own game or challenge lasting between two and five minutes. The puzzles can be brainteasers or physical challenges.
Boss Ryan Lyttle discovered the concept while on holiday and knew that it was something that would take off. He and his wife met with Swedish franchise owners and visited a number of their attractions.
Prison Island opened their first UK site in London earlier this year and has a total of 30 locations across Europe.
Tasks are completed in teams of two to four people and the attraction can accommodate up to 80 people at any one time. The experience is child-friendly, so guests of all ages can join in!
Games are one to two hours along and cost £14 for under 16s or £20 for over 16s. Birthday and corporate packages are also available.
