The Job

We require a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join this experienced brigade. This is a very special opportunity to work in a well-established and successful business, with a highly focused team, creating the most memorable dining experiences by serving food of an exeptional standard.

The Person

You ideal candidate will have 4* Hotel experience. The role would suit an experienced demi-CDP looking to move up the ladder. You should have a good understanding of a high volume all fresh food service within a quality environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also critical to maintaining company standard and work ethics.

The Rewards

A competitive salary of up to £22,000 is availible for this opportunity, plus company benefits.
