Head Chef/ Catering Manager, Trafford £28'000
A head chef role with a better work life balance than you will find around right now. You will be starting at 10 and working till around 6-7Pm five days out of 7.
As a Head Chef/ Chef Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen management including motivating and leading the team, participating in busy lunch time and evening services, ensuring food standards are kept high, ordering and supplier liaison, training and coaching more junior staff, potential for putting your ideas forward for the menu as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements. This is a hands on cooking position where over 70% of your time will be spend in the kitchen, leading a team culinary professionals and cooking for around 150 on a daily basis.
I great deal of our day to day business is hospitality and this can be from as little as 50 or 250 depending on the requirements, so that is why this is a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager Role.
The owner has multiple businesses and is looking for a candidate that will be looking at career progression also. You will be part of a fast growing team and will become an integral part of driving this business forward.
