Our client part of a leading Hotel group has an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager for their luxury hotel in rural Perthshire.
At the heart of the local community, this hotel boasts first class dining experiences. It is attention to detail in this 5* environment which is key, implementation of customer service and guest experience in what will be a very operational role. Continually reviewing and improving customer service and the guest experience. Ideally you will be computer literate, although specifics can be taught regarding Rota’s. Working closely with the Management team you will work towards the continual development of the operation.
A highly experienced F&B professional with experience of working within the hospitality industry and from a quality environment, with passion and drive to make a difference. For the right individual this role can offer great career advancement and the opportunity to move up within the business.
