The role of Receptionist is a hand’s on role, with the responsibility for the day to day running of the front of house department. The lobby area is a hive of activity for this busy hotel; every day is different and this hotel has a mix of both corporate and leisure customers. Your continual achievement of standards and ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
The successful candidate will have previously held a team leader or supervisory role within a quality Hotel environment. It’s essential you have a thorough working knowledge of front of based systems. You will be guest focused with a friendly approach and committed to delivering excellence.
