Sous Chef required for a high quality gastro pub with rooms in Bath.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, be in charge of breakfasts and room service as well as helping to write menus and ordering produce.
The property is passionate about utilising local, seasonal produce. The kitchen is brand new and will be reopening in August.
The successful candidate must come from a minimum of a 2 rosette standard and have a stable career history.
