We are looking for a Spa & Leisure Assistant who is warm and friendly, has a can-do attitude and puts our guests at the heart of everything they do.


As a Spa and Leisure Assistant at Apex hotels you will be a key member of our front line team within the Spa. You will welcome and assist guests and members within the Spa area. You will also carry out general administration duties relating to membership and treatment bookings using the Spa software and perform general cleaning duties.


You must have a 'can do' attitude to ensure the smooth running of the Spa, along with a passion for guest/client satisfaction. You will have initiative, drive and a welcoming manner, ensuring that the highest level of customer care is delivered while maximising revenue opportunities. Procedures are critical to our success so you must be organised and possess excellent communication skills. You must be team player, be self motivated and flexible as you are expected to provide assistance to any area of the Spa as required.
