  Guests will be piped aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia for a champagne reception in the majestic State Drawing Room. There will be the chance for an exclusive tour of the ship before moving through to the State Dining Room for a sumptuous four-course meal with specially selected wines.
  
  The evening will come to a traditional close with the Beating of the Retreat - adding a touch of timeless elegance to this regal affair.

  The HIT Industry dinner is the showcase event for the hospitality industry in Scotland and THE date in the hospitality calendar.
  
  This dinner is the largest annual event hosted by HIT Scotland and plays a crucial role in raising funds for scholarships and bursaries. Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme.
  
  The winners of the 2024 HIT Industry Award and the HIT Future Leaders Award will be announced plus we’ll have an entertaining evening to keep you going until the early hours.

  Young Pasty Chef of the Year 2024

  The Young Pastry Chef of the Year competition has opened for entry to any pastry chefs aged 23 and under on the 1st March 2024.
  The candidate should be working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, banqueting, college student or within any corporate or event catering environment. To enter chefs have to submit a plated dessert for four covers with pictures.I f you are successful and reach the final on 18th June 2024 at University College Birmingham

  Join us on Saturday 30th November for a unique Michelin-starred St Andrew’s Day Dinner in the heart of Scotland’s oldest working distillery.
  
  Glenturret Distillery is kindly hosting an exclusive 5-course tasting dinner for 25 guests in their stunning Lalique Restaurant to raise funds for HIT Scotland.
  
  Executive Chef, Mark Donald, has created a menu inspired by The Glenturret, the Scottish culinary landscape and its unparalleled ingredients. The dishes will be paired with fine wines from co-owner Silvio Denz’s vineyards, the wider wine ‘family’ and their great winemaking connections.
