Ceviche Group to Appoint Administrators

Wednesday, October 30, 2019

Following a tough 18 months of trading, Peruvian restaurant group Ceviche has officially filed a notice to appoint administrators.

It was reported by The Sunday Times that Martin Morales, the founder, is working with RSM to find a buyer for the London-based business.

Ceviche was first launched in Soho in 2012 and currently operates six sites under the Andina and Ceviche brands.

The accounts for the group filed at Companies House, blaming the falling sales on the uncertainty over Brexit.

There has been interest in buying the company, however, giving hope that there will be a way to continue and move forward.
