Glasgow continues to be a thriving hub for new culinary adventures, with renowned chef Nico Simeone introducing an innovative cocktail bar

Set in the premier location of Six by Nico on Byres Road, Somewhere by Nico will hold its inaugural event on March 19.

Chef Nico Simeone characterizes his latest establishment as a "multi-sensory adventure," featuring a regularly changing cocktail menu with six courses and corresponding gourmet dishes.

Drinks take center stage at Somewhere by Nico, where the immersive theatre experience is designed to transport guests into fictional worlds.

Five non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided for every cocktail featured on the concept bar's experiential menu.

Nico Simeone's latest addition to Glasgow's burgeoning food scene joins a growing list of new restaurants and bars in the city, including the Mediterranean bistro expected to open later this year at 11 Gibson Street.

At the Great Western Road end of Byres Road, Somewhere by Nico is the latest arrival, which also includes the chippie and speakeasy-style restaurant Sole Club that opened in Finnieston on February 28.

Assaggini, a contemporary Italian restaurant specializing in fresh pasta, gourmet pizzas, and artisan craft beers, opened its doors at 227 Byres Road on February 8.

Each new venue offers unique dining experiences and innovative concepts that contribute to Glasgow's vibrant food scene.
