IT Ibiza to Open First UK Restaurant Next Month

The Ibiza bar and restaurant IT is due to open its first UK site next month in Mayfair.
IT London will be the third restaurant in the group’s portfolio, giving the city a different experience where Mediterranean cuisine meets Ibiza, according to the founder Alessio Matrone.
The second site was opened in April in Milan.
The new London site will feature a semi-private dining room and further function space and is a 1--+ cover restaurant.
The menu will feature nocellara olive soup, scabbardfish, selection of thin-crust pizza and a seafood ‘Glassball Showstopper’ made with a selection of fresh, raw fish, including tuna, seabass and red prawns.
