Natalie Coleman, MasterChef Winner, to Oversee London Restaurant

2013 MasterChef winner Natalie Coleman to oversee the menu of a new ‘theatrical’ restaurant set to open early May next to the Old Vic Theatre. The ‘playful’ restaurant and botanical bar will let customers feel as if they are dining inside a work of art, creating an experience rather than just an outing.
The restaurant has been designed to resemble a house, so that diners can sit on kitchen worktops, drink cocktails in bathtubs and relax in the bedroom. There will be a sharing meu with botanical tapas dishes, including watermelon and radish, harissa quail with pearls cous-cous, tarts, miso-glazed tuna carpaccio with wasabi and plenty more mouth-watering dishes.
The cocktail menu will contain a floral and herbaceous section, along with features of rosemary, jasmine and even a honeysuckle gin fizz.
