Oded Oren to Open His First Solo Restaurant in October

Chef Oded Oren is due to open his first restaurant in the coming months in Dalston, London, on the site that used to be Floyd’s, a modern European bistro.
The news broke on Oren’s social media announcing that the opening of his first solo restaurant will take place later in October and that after a long search, he found the perfect location in Dalston.
He also shared that the menu will be inspired by his home in Israel, and the Mediterranean, using local and sustainable produce, alongside a wine list chosen by his friend.
With an extensive and changing menu that will eventually offer the likes of “a truly unique brunch” as stated in his post – we really can’t wait to see it!
