San Carlo to Open First Airport Location Next Year

Manchester’s airport is seeing some renovations with an extended Terminal Two departure hall coming in at about £1bn to create, and San Carlo is one of the many food and beverage operators due to join for the opening of this extension next year.
San Carlo is opening an airside location of the small-plate Cicchetti concept, which you will be familiar with if you have been in Manchester’s Selfridges store, or London’s Covent Garden and Piccadilly as it operates within these sites already.
Along with San Carlo, Barburrito and American diner Archie’s are due to open in the airport too.
Having entered The Restaurant Group in 2018, Barburrito has expanded the chain to airports and so far has sites in Edinburgh Airport and Bristol Airport, making this its third airport location.
It is said that we can expect at least 15 food and beverage venues within this terminal, but will most likely find more confirmations closer to the time of opening.
