Smoke & Salt Launch Crowdfund in Hopes to Expand

Smoke & Salt, a Brixton based pop-up, has launched a crowdfund in hopes to raise £140,000 over the next 40 days for an equity stake in their business.

Founded by chefs Remi Williams and Aaron Webster in 2014 and operating in a shipping container site in Pop Brixton since 2017, Smoke & Salt has been serving small dishes that include lamb Porchetta, British ethical rose veal and chargrilled hake steak.  The focus is on brining, curing, smoking and fermenting ingredients to bring ancient techniques into a modern dining establishment.
