Taster Expansion Sees Three New Launched Concepts

Tim Anderson, MasterChef winner and Nanban founder is launching a katsu sando concept, Stacksando, with Taster, a delivery-only kitchen business as part of a partnership.

Stacksando offers a small menu of dishes that feature three different sandos all served on Japanese milk bread.  They also include a tonkotsu option with deep-fried pork loin with tonkotsu sauce, and a chicken katsu curry sando. 

Along with Stacksando, Taster is also introducing two other partnerships; one being a Thai street food vendor Take-Out-Thai, which was created with chef John Chantrasak, and the other being A Burgers, a plant-based burger concept.

Taster promotes itself as a delivery platform that offers restaurant quality meals right to your door through third-party food distribution platforms online, and was founded by former Deliveroo executive, Anton Soulier, in 2017. 

At the moment, it operates two kitchens in London and Brighton, and has 10 locations across France and Spain.
