The Ivy Confirmed to Open in Glasgow at the End of This Month

Luxurious restaurant chain, The Ivy, is due to open its second Scottish site this month in Glasgow. The doors will open to the public on the 29th of July and will accommodate around 222 guests across two floors.
The new site is located in what was once the Nationwide building society, and will have the main restaurant, two onyx bars, a private dining room which will sit 24 guests, and an outdoor area also catering for 24.
The Managing Director at the Ivy Collection, Baton Berisha said that they’re excited to bring the Ivy magic to Glasgow. The Ivy will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner along with cocktails. The menu will include a lot of the Ivy classics, along with lobster linguine, halloumi dishes and feta salad with avocado, watermelon, pistachio and olives.
