Winners of My Million Pound Menu to Open First Restaurant

There will be a new opening in Liverpool’s Duke Street Market food hall next month, by one of the winning concepts of BBC Two’s show ‘My Million Pound Menu’.
Pilgrim, founded by Jamie Duffield, Dave Bone and Anthony Power, will be serving a ‘radically seasonal’ Spanish menu, and the restaurant will hold 40 covers. The menu will consist of small plates, with dishes including pork, sardines, scallops and octopi. Prices will range from £9 – £12 and will provide a four course tasting menu for £35.
